GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 26 October 1998
amending Government Regulation No 281 / 1997 Coll., adjusting the amount of the charge for the use of motorways and express roads by road motor vehicles
The Government orders pursuant to § 20 (4) of Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on the Road:
Government Regulation No 281 / 1997 Coll., adjusting the fee for the use of motorways and express roads by road motor vehicles, is amended as follows:
1. in § 1 (b) the amount "2000 CZK" is replaced by "4,000 CZK."
2. In § 1 (c), "CZK 4000 'is replaced by" CZK 8,000'.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
