amending Decree No. 130 / 1984 Coll., implementing the Law on maternity allowance
The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides in an agreement with the competent central authorities pursuant to Article 16 of Act No. 107 / 1971 Coll., on Maternity Contributions, as amended by Act No. 180 / 1990 Coll.:
Decree No. 130 / 1984 of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Coll., implementing the maternity allowance law, as amended by Decree No. 56 / 1987 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 4 (1), the words "the district national committee responsible under Article 10 (1) (e) and Article 11 (2) of the Law 'are replaced by the words" the competent public authority [§ 10 (1) (d) and Article 11 (2) of the Law]'.
2. In Paragraph 4 (2), the words "District National Committee 'and" District National Committee' are replaced by the words "Competent State Authority 'and" Competent State Authority'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1990.
