The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides for the Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance, as amended by Act No. 134 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 109 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 220 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 212 / 2016 Coll. and Act No. 323 / 2021 Coll.:
In Decree No. 284 / 1995 Coll., implementing the Pension Insurance Act, as amended by Decree No. 157 / 1997 Coll., Decree No. 302 / 1997 Coll., Decree No. 40 / 2000 Coll., Decree No. 328 / 2007 Coll. and Decree No. 359 / 2009 Coll., Section 4, including the title, is deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
