Communication from the Energy Regulatory Authority No 258 / 2019 Coll.

The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Czech Republic in the Field of Prices, as amended by the Act of Energy, Article 17 (6) (d) of the Act of Energy (Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., and on the Amendments to the Act of Energy), Article 17 (6) (d) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Conditions of Business and the Performance of State Administration in the Energy Sector of Energy, and on the Act of 26 September 2019 establishing a price for the activity of the Purchauties of the Purchased and Prices, and Prices related to Guarantees of Origin, and then under Article 2c of the Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll.

According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 2 / 2019 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 30 September 2019, amounting to 5. The price decision became valid on that date of publication. It shall take effect on 1 January 2020.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. The price decision became valid on that date of publication. It shall take effect on 1 January 2020.
