GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 27 October 1999
on the authorities of the State in which professional soldiers perform their duties of defence and the number of soldiers in them
The Government mandates pursuant to § 6 (6) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers:
The authorities of the State in which the professional soldiers perform their defence tasks and the number of professional soldiers in these bodies are set out in the Annex to this Regulation. For the purposes of this Regulation, the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic is also considered to be a public authority.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 December 1999.
