issuing a list of health performance with point values
The Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, after the conciliation procedure with the General Health Insurance Office of the Czech Republic, representatives of contractual medical institutions, the Czech Medical Chamber, the Czech Dental Chamber and representatives of professional scientific companies according to § 13 paragraph 3 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 550 / 1991 Coll., on General Health Insurance:
(1) Health insurance companies shall bear the costs of medical care required under the list of health performance with point values (hereinafter referred to as "the list"), (2), as set out in the Annex, which is part of this decrement.3)
(2) The list contains the health performance paid by health insurance companies in full or in part and the non-covered health performance, the performance codes, their names, the scores and the conditions for payment of the performance through health insurance companies.
(3) The points of health performance contained in the list reflect the average own costs of the respective performance. These own costs include direct wages, initial overhead and administrative overhead including sales. Direct material is not included in its own costs, it is listed separately and expressed in CZK.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

3) The list is part of Decree No. 258 / 1992 Coll. and is published as a separate annex to the Collection of Laws (special publication SEVT, a. s., Prague), as amended by Decree No. 263 / 1993 Coll., Decree No. 90 / 1994 Coll., Decree No. 151 / 1994 Coll. and Decree No. 112 / 1995 Coll. and Decree No. 205 / 1996 Coll.
