on the establishment of the lowest monthly salary for the purposes of criminal law
The Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic hereby orders, pursuant to Article IV (2) of Act No. 175 / 1990 Coll., to amend and supplement the criminal law:
For the purposes of criminal law, the lowest monthly wage shall be the amount of 1600 CZK.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1990.
