GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 31 October 2018
amending Government Regulation No. 34 / 1986 Coll., on the one-off exceptional compensation of persons for damage to health in the performance of fire protection tasks, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 81 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Act No. 133 / 1985 Coll., on Fire Protection, as amended by Act No. 203 / 1994 Coll. and Act No. 237 / 2000 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 34 / 1986 Coll., on one-off exceptional compensation of persons for damage to health in the performance of fire protection tasks, as amended by Government Decree No. 168 / 1989 Coll., Government Decree No. 195 / 1995 Coll. and Government Decree No. 497 / 2002 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1) of the final part of the provision, the words "altered working capacity or partially disabled or disabled 'are replaced by the words" disability under the Employment Act (2)'.

"2) Paragraph 67 (2) of Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended."
2. In Paragraph 1 (2), the words "nominal monthly wages of non-business individuals' are replaced by the words" gross monthly nominal wages for the converted number of employees in the national economy '.
3. in Paragraph 2 (2) (a), "six times" is replaced by "twelve times."
4. in Paragraph 2 (2) (b) to (d), the word "quadruple" is replaced by the word "twelve times."
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 15th day following its publication.
