DECLARATION
of 29 September 2015
amending Decree No. 103 / 2010 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on the right to information on the environment
According to § 15a (a), (b), (d) to (f) of Act No. 123 / 1998 Coll., on the right to information on the environment, as amended by Act No. 380 / 2009 Coll.:
Decree No. 103 / 2010 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on the right to information on the environment, is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, Part I, points 7 and 9, the words "the European Communities' are replaced by the words" the European Union '.
2. In Annex No 1, Part I, at the end of the text in point 8, the words "pursuant to legislation8) transposing the definitions of European Union law 9) laying down a framework for Community action in the field of water policy 'are added.

Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
