GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 24 September 2007
fixing, for the purposes of pension insurance, the amount of the general assessment basis for 2006 and the amount of the conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment basis for 2006 and adjusting the amounts for the determination of the calculation basis
The Government orders pursuant to § 17 paragraphs 2 and 4 and § 107 paragraph 2 of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance, as amended by Act No. 134 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 289 / 1997 Coll. and Act No. 353 / 2001 Coll.:
The amount of the general assessment base for 2006 is CZK 20 050.
The conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment basis for 2006 shall be 1,0753.
The amounts for establishing the calculation basis referred to in § 15 of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll. and last increased by Government Decree No. 462 / 2006 Coll. are increased as follows:
a) Amounts of CZK 9,600 are increased to CZK 10,000,
b) The amount of CZK 23 300 is increased to CZK 24 800.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2008.
