GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 18 April 2005
on the determination of the value of the control tape intended to mark alcohol produced in the tax territory of the Czech Republic or in the tax territory of the Czech Republic imported
The Government orders pursuant to § 5 (4) of Act No. 676 / 2004 Coll., on compulsory marking of alcohol and amending Act No. 586 / 1992 Coll., on income taxes, as amended:
The value of the control tape intended to mark alcohol produced in the tax territory of the Czech Republic or in the tax territory of the Czech Republic imported is fixed at CZK 0.39 per piece.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2005.
