amending and supplementing Decree No. 11 / 1994 of the Ministry of Finance Coll., laying down details on the labelling of certain tobacco products
The Ministry of Finance pursuant to Section 40f of Act No. 587 / 1993 Coll., on Consumer Taxes, as amended by Act No. 325 / 1993 Coll., provides:
Decree of the Ministry of Finance No. 11 / 1994 Coll., laying down details on the labelling of certain tobacco products, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1), the following sentence is added at the end: "A tobacco sticker may be chopped on the reverse to weaken it."
2. In Paragraph 7 (1), the following sentence is added at the end: "If tobacco labels are damaged in sheets issued by the customs authority and the full number of tobacco labels is preserved, they may be returned without being glued to the prescribed form. The signature of the receiving customs authority, the stamp and signature of the national manufacturer or importer shall be indicated on the edge of the sheet's face. ';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
