DECLARATION

fixing the total annual maximum levels of substances harmful to or threatening the ozone layer of the Earth which may be produced or imported between 1997 and 1999
The Ministry of the Environment provides, pursuant to Section 5 (8) (a) of Act No. 86 / 1995 Coll., on the protection of the ozone layer of the Earth (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"):
The total annual maximum levels of substances harmful to or threatening the Earth's ozone layer (hereinafter referred to as "substances'), 1), including substances contained in products which may be manufactured or imported, shall be determined by:
(a) for 1997, 920 tonnes for substances listed in Part C of the Annex to the Act and 28 tonnes for substances listed in Part D of the Annex to the Act;
(b) for 1998, 890 tonnes for substances listed in Part C of the Annex to the Act and 26 tonnes for substances listed in Part D of the Annex to the Act;
(c) for 1999, 860 tonnes for substances listed in Part C of the Annex to the Act and 24 tonnes for substances listed in Part D of the Annex to the Act.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1997.
