DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 24 September 1993
on the extension of the commitment of collective higher-level contracts
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining:
(1) The provisions of a collective agreement of a higher degree concluded on 21 January 1993 between the Trade Union of KOVO and the Czechoslovak Electrical Association, (1) as amended by the Appendix of 17 June 1994 (2), which give rise to individual claims by employees, are also binding on the employers listed in Annex 1, which is part of this decree, from the date of application of this decree.
(2) The provisions of a collective agreement of a higher degree concluded on 3 June 1993 between the Trade Union of Energy and the Czech Trade Union of Northwest Energy, on the one hand, and the Czech Union of Employers in Energy, on the other hand, (3), as amended by Appendix 1 of 29 July 1993,4, on the other hand, which result in individual claims by employees, are also binding on the employers listed in Annex 2, as part of this decree, from the effective date of this decree.
(3) The provisions of a collective agreement of a higher degree concluded on 18 January 1993 between the Trade Union of KOVO and the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic representing the members of the Iron Industry Union, 5), as amended by the Supplement of 17 June 1993.6) resulting from the individual claims of employees, are also binding on the employers listed in Annex 3, which is part of this decree, from the date of application of this decree.
(4) The provisions of a collective agreement of a higher degree concluded on 28 May 1993 between the Trade Union of KOVO and the Union of Industry of the Czech Republic representing members of the Association of Manufacturers and Suppliers of Engineering Technology (7), as amended by the Appendix of 12 July 1993,8), which give rise to individual claims by employees, are also binding on employers listed in Annex 4, which is part of this decree from the date of application of this decree.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
