declaring the State Betting Office to be a separate undertaking managed under the principles of commercial management.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § § § § 1 and 2 of the Act of 18 December 1922, No. 404 Coll., on the regulation of the management of state plants, institutes and facilities which are not to be overhauled by administrative tasks:
A State Betting Office is excluded from the State Lottery and is declared to be a separate undertaking managed according to the principles of business management.
In Article 1 of the Government Decree of 25 September 1924, No 206 Coll., implementing the Act on the Management of State Enterprises, Institutions and Equipment which are not mainly intended to carry out administrative tasks, as amended, is added to the calculation of undertakings managed under the principles of commercial management as another company of the State Betting Office.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1950; to be carried out by the Minister for Finance.
