Decree of the Minister for Foreign Affairs
of 19 October 1948
on the Additional Agreement to the Czechoslovak-South Slavic Trade and Navigation Agreement of 14 November 1928, signed in Prague on 10 April 1948.
The Additional Agreement to the Commercial and Navigational Treaty of Czechoslovakia of 14 November 1928, signed in Prague on 10 April 1948 and given with the agreement of the President of the Republic by the Government Order of 30 April 1948, No 155 Coll., in provisional application pursuant to Article 1 of the Law of 4 July 1923, No 158 Coll., on the provisional arrangements for trade relations with foreign countries, and pursuant to Article VII of the Law of 22 June 1926, No 109 Coll., which partially amends the Customs Tariff Act for the Czechoslovak customs territory and the Customs Tariff and issues provisions on trade relations with foreign countries, was approved by the National Assembly on 20 July 1948 and on 6 September 1948 ratified by the President of the Republic. Its approval was notified to the South Slavic Government on 1 October 1948, the date on which it entered into force as it stood.
