Law
of 20 December 1946
on temporary restrictions on business and other gainful activities.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
§ 1.
Paragraph 1 to 9 of the Decree of 13 January 1943, No 14 Coll., concerning temporary restrictions on business and other gainful activities, as resulting from the current legal status, shall apply mutatis mutandis until 31 December 1947.
§ 2.
This Act takes effect on 1 January 1947 and applies in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
