on the update of the Classification of Construction Works of the CZ- CC
The Czech Statistical Office, pursuant to § 19 (2) of Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the State Statistical Service, as amended, announces with effect from 1 October 2009 an update of the Classification of Construction Works (hereinafter referred to as the "CZ- CC Classification ').
In the nomenclature CZ- CC, established by the Communication of the Czech Statistical Office No. 321 / 2003 Coll., entry 121212 - Holiday homes without apartment and the name of item 121211 - Other buildings for short-term accommodation are adapted to the Buildings for short-term accommodation (except cabins without apartment). An update of the CZ- CC classification is made due to the specific national conditions for census, housing and housing requirements in 2011.
The cottage without an apartment is an object of individual recreation and represents a holiday cottage, a garden cottage or a holiday home which was built according to the applicable legislation and which does not have an apartment unit.
The valid version of the updated CZ- CC classification will be published on the Czech Statistical Office website at www.czso.cz.
