THE LAW
of 24 May 2002
amending Act No 587 / 1992 Coll., on excise duties, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 587 / 1992 Coll., on Consumer Taxes, as amended by Act No. 199 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 325 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 136 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 260 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 148 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 95 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 61 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 303 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 129 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 22 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 241 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 141 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 262 / 2001 Coll., and Act No. 493 / 2001 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 19 (1) (a), "2710 00 26 to 2710 00 37" is replaced by "2710 11 31 to 2710 11 70";
2. in Paragraph 19 (1) (b), "2710 00 11 to 2710 00 25 and 2710 00 39" is replaced by "2710 11 11 to 2710 11 25 and 2710 11 90";
3. in Article 19 (1) (c), "2710 00 59, 2710 00 66, 2710 00 67 and 2710 00 68" shall be replaced by "2710 19 29, 2710 19 41, 2710 19 45 and 2710 19 49."
4. in Paragraph 19 (1) (d), "2710 00 41, 2710 00 45, 2710 00 51 and 2710 00 55" shall be replaced by "2710 19 11, 2710 19 15, 2710 19 21 and 2710 19 25."
5. in Article 19 (1) (e), "2710 00 59, 2710 00 66, 2710 00 67, 2710 00 68, 2710 00 74, 2710 00 76, 2710 00 77 and 2710 00 78" shall be replaced by "2710 19 29, 2710 19 41, 2710 19 45, 2710 19 49, 2710 19 61, 2710 19 63, 2710 19 65 and 2710 19 69."
6. in Paragraph 19 (1) (f), "2710 00 74, 2710 00 76, 2710 00 77 and 2710 00 78" shall be replaced by "2710 19 61, 2710 19 63, 2710 19 65 and 2710 19 69."
7. in Paragraph 19 (1) (g), "2710 00 81 to 2710 00 97" is replaced by "2710 19 71 to 2710 19 99";
8. in Paragraph 19 (1) (h), "2710 00 81 to 2710 00 97" is replaced by "2710 19 71 to 2710 19 99."
9. in Article 19 (1), the following point (i) is inserted after point (h):
"(i) waste oils covered by tariff codes 2710 91 to 2710 99,"
Points (i) to (l) shall be renumbered as points (j) to (m).
10. in Paragraph 19 (1), renumbered (k), the words "(h)" shall be replaced by the words "(j)";
11. in Paragraph 19 (1), renumbered (m), "(j)" is replaced by "(l)."
12. in Paragraph 22 (1), in the column "Tariff code", the figure "2710 00" is replaced by "2710."
13. in § 22 (1), renumbered under 2710, the words "waste oils under § 19 (1) (i)" shall be inserted after the words "lubricating oils and other oils under § 19 (1) (h)" and the words "8 150 CZK / 1000 l" shall be inserted after "8 150 CZK / 1000 l."
14. in Article 22 (1), in the column "Tariff code" under heading 2711, "" (i) "is replaced by" (j), "" (j) "is replaced by" (k), "" (k) "is replaced by" (l) "and" (l) "is replaced by" (m). "
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
