GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 18 September 1996
fixing, for the purposes of pension insurance, the amount of the general assessment basis for 1995 and the amount of the conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment basis for 1995 and adjusting the amounts for the determination of the calculation basis
The Government orders pursuant to § 17 paragraphs 2 and 4 and § 107 paragraph 2 of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance:
The general assessment basis for 1995 is CZK 8172.
The conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment base for 1995 is 1,1978.
The amounts for establishing the calculation basis set out in Section 15 of Law 155 / 1995 Coll. are amended as follows:
(a) the amount of CZK 5000 increases to CZK 5600,
b) The amount of CZK 10,000 is increased to CZK 11 200.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1997.
