Notice from the Federal Ministry of Transport on the issue of a return on the remuneration of health workers under the responsibility of the Federal Ministry of Transport

in an agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic, the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Slovak Republic and the Department of Railways under Section 123 (2) of the Labour Code (full version No 52 / 1989 Coll.), the Decree of 28 April 1990 No 18 405 / 1990-320 on the remuneration of health workers under the responsibility of the Federal Ministry of Transport.
The proceeds shall take effect on the date of publication of this notice in the Collection of Laws.
For workers covered by the proceeds, the return of the Federal Ministry of Transport of 29 August 1980 No 20 468 / 1980-03 on the remuneration of health workers under the responsibility of the Federal Ministry of Transport, as amended by the Decree of the Federal Ministry of Transport of 29 December 1984 No 23 335 / 1984-03, shall cease to apply.
The proceeds can be seen in the Department of Economy of the Federal Ministry of Transport and will be published in the Transport Bulletin.
