Decree No. 255 / 1948 Coll.

The Trade Agreement between the Republic of Czechoslovakia and the Kingdom of Norway, negotiated by exchange of notes at Oslo on 4 March 1948 and entered into force, with the agreement of the President of the Republic, by the Government Order of 30 April 1948, No 156 Coll., in accordance with Article 1 of the Law of 4 July 1923, No 158 Coll., on the provisional treatment of trade relations with foreign countries, and pursuant to Article VII of the Law of 22 June 1926, No 109 Coll., partially amending the Customs Tariff Act for the Czechoslovak customs territory and the Customs Tariff, and issuing provisions on trade relations with foreign countries, was approved by the National Assembly on 20 July 1948 and the President of the Republic on 6 September 1948.
