Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No 254 / 2021 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, indicates that the Collective contract of higher degrees for the years 2021 - 2024, which was concluded on 1 February 2021 between the Senior Trade Union - Transport Union and the Employers' Organisation - Transport Association of the Czech Republic, Road Transport Section, is binding on other employers with a dominant activity in the sector designated by the classification code of economic activities CZ - NACE 49.39 and 49.41, with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this communication.
