amending Act No. 229 / 1991 Coll., on the treatment of property relations with land and other agricultural property, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 229 / 1991 Coll., on the modification of property relations to land and other agricultural property, as amended by Act No. 42 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 93 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 39 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 183 / 1993 Coll., the Constitutional Court's finding, published under Act No. 131 / 1994 Coll., the Constitutional Court's finding, published under Act No. 166 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 131 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 354 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 30 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 272 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 253 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 354 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 354 / 2004 Coll.
1. The following Section 4b is inserted after Section 4a:
(1) The alleged beneficiary who was referred by the Land Authority before 1 July 2012 pursuant to Paragraph 4a (5) with his claim to the court may claim that right before the court by 31 December 2012 at the latest. If they do not do so within that period, the right to appeal to the court shall cease.
(2) The alleged beneficiary who, after 1 July 2012, is referred by the Land Authority pursuant to Paragraph 4a (5) with its claim to the court, may exercise that right before the court within a period of six months of the date on which it became aware that it was referred to the court with its claim; if they do not do so within that period, the right to appeal to the court shall cease. ';
2. In Paragraph 22 (2), the second part of the sentence after the semicolon, including the semicolon, is deleted.
3. In Paragraph 22 (9), the words "owned by the State 'shall be inserted after the words" land'.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on 1 July 2012.
