DECLARATION
of 26 September 2007
amending Decree No 493 / 2002 Coll., on the assessment of medical fitness for the issue or validity of an arms licence and on the contents of the first aid kit of the shooting gallery operator
According to Article 79 (5) of Act No. 119 / 2002 Coll., on firearms and ammunition and amending Act No. 156 / 2000 Coll., on the Verification of Firearms, Ammo and Pyrotechnic Articles and on the Amendment to Act No. 288 / 1995 Coll., on Firearms and Ammo (Firearms and Ammo Act), as amended by Act No. 13 / 1998 Coll., and Act No. 368 / 1992 Coll., on Administrative Charges, as amended, and Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Trade (Trade Act), as amended:
Decree No 493 / 2002 Coll., on the assessment of medical fitness for the issue or validity of an arms licence and on the contents of the first aid kit of the shooting gallery operator, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (1) (c), the words "or F 'shall be inserted after the words" D'.
2. In Article 1 (1) (d), the words "or carrying out a pyrotechnic survey 'shall be inserted after the words" weapons'.
3. In Article 2 (1) (b), the words "or F 'shall be inserted after the words" D'.
4. In Paragraph 3 (1), "or E 'is replaced by", E or F';
5. Paragraph 6 (1), including footnotes 1a and 1b, reads as follows:
"(1) In the opinion other than those provided for in special legislation1a), the arms licence group for which the applicant or holder is assessed and the place of residence 1b) shall be indicated.

(1b) Paragraph 2 (2) (c) of Act No. 119 / 2002 Coll., on firearms and ammunition and amending Act No. 156 / 2000 Coll., on the verification of firearms, ammunition and pyrotechnic articles and amending Act No. 288 / 1995 Coll., on firearms and ammunition (Firearms Act), as amended by Act No. 13 / 1998 Coll., and Act No. 368 / 1992 Coll., on administrative charges, as amended, and Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on trade (Trade Act), as amended. '
6. In Article 6 (2), the words "listed therein 'are replaced by" entry, periodic or exceptional'.
7. In Paragraph 6 (2), the second word "operative part 'is replaced by" conclusion'.
8. In Article 6 (3), "Validity 'is replaced by" Duration'.
9. In Section 7, "Annex 3 'is replaced by" Annex 2';
10. In Annex No 1, Part II, the words "and E, 'are replaced by", E and F' in the title.
11. Annex No 2 is deleted.
Annex 3 is renumbered Annex 2.
If, by the date of entry into force of this Order, no opinion has been issued on the basis of the medical assessment provided for in the present Order, an opinion shall be made in accordance with that Order.
This decree shall take effect on 1 December 2007.
