DECISION
President of the Republic
of 4 August 2003
on the revocation of the delegation of power in the proceedings for the grant of mercy
On the basis of its authority to forgive and mitigate the punishments imposed by the court, to order that criminal proceedings should not be initiated, and if it was initiated, to refrain from pursuing it, and to exterminate the conviction,
decision:
I. I repeal Decision No 33 of the President of the Republic of 1 February 1994 on the delegation of powers in the proceedings for the grant of pardons.
II. The handling of requests for pardon submitted before 7 March 2003 shall be governed by the present decision.
