GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 18 September 1996
fixing the rate of the duty on imports of certain cereals
The Government orders pursuant to § 56 paragraph 2 and § 57 paragraph 1 (g) of the Czech National Council Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act:
(a) For subheading 1001 90 99 - wheat, the import duty rate of 0% for a tariff quota of 150 000 tonnes shall apply.
(b) For subheading 1003 00 90 - barley, the import duty rate of 0% for a tariff quota of 50 000 tonnes shall apply.
(c) For subheading 1002 00 00 - rye, the rate of the import duty of 0% for a tariff quota of 100 000 tonnes shall apply.
(d) For subheading 1005 90 00 - maize and subheading 1104 23 - processed maize grains, the import duty rate of 0% for a tariff quota of 50 000 tonnes shall apply.
For the period of validity of this Regulation, the rates of duty laid down in Decree No. 299 / 1995 Coll., Customs Tariff, shall not apply to the subheadings and items defined in Section 1 and under the conditions defined therein.
(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 1996.
(2) This Regulation shall expire on 31 December 1996.
