amending Act No. 451 / 1991 Coll., laying down certain additional conditions for the performance of certain functions in the state bodies and organisations of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, as amended by the Constitutional Court of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic of 26 November 1992, published on 15 December 1992 in the amount of 116 / 1992 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 451 / 1991 Coll., laying down certain other conditions for the performance of certain functions in the state bodies and organisations of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, as amended by the Constitutional Court of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic of 26 November 1992, published on 15 December 1992 in the amount of 116 / 1992 Coll., is amended as follows:
In Paragraph 23, "31 December 1996 'is replaced by" 31 December 2000';
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
