of 20 December 1946
on the deadline for submitting applications for the return of Czechoslovak citizenship to the spouse of Czechoslovak state citizens.
According to Article 3 of the Constitutional Decree of the President of the Republic of 2 August 1945, No 33 Coll., on the regulation of Czechoslovak citizenship of persons of German and Hungarian nationality, I provide:
The divorce of the spouses of Czechoslovak state citizens whose marriage was concluded before 16 March 1939 may, from 1 January 1947 until 30 June 1947, request the return of Czechoslovak citizenship, which they have lost under Constitutional Decree No. 33 / 1945 Coll.
Applications made before the start of the period laid down in Paragraph 1 shall be deemed to have been made.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1947.
