On 26 May 2009, the Constitutional Court, in plenary, composed of the President of the Court of Paul Rychett and Judges Stanislav Balík, František Duchona, Vlasta Formánková, Mran Güttler, Pavel Holländer, Vladimir Krorka, Dagmar Lastovecká, Jiří Much, Jan Musil, Jiří Nykodemí, Miloslav Excellent, Eliška Wagner and Michaela Židlická, on the proposal of the Ministry of the Interior to abolish certain provisions of the generally binding Order of the City of Chřestavastavy No. 4 / 2007 on the conditions of burning of dry plant materials in open fireplaces, garden fireplaces or in open barbecue facilities in the city of Chesture as a party to the proceedings and to the Ombudsman of legal proceedings
