amending Decree No. 74 / 1996 Coll., laying down details for implementing certain provisions of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws
The Ministry of the Interior, in cooperation with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and with the Ministry of Finance pursuant to § 92 (1) (e) of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on Elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 212 / 1996 Coll.:
Decree No. 74 / 1996 Coll., laying down details for the implementation of certain provisions of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws, is hereby amended as follows:
Paragraph 15 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The special remuneration (hereinafter referred to as" remuneration ") for the performance of the duties of a member of the District, District, Regional or District Electoral Commission is CZK 800. If the second round of elections to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic is held, the remuneration is CZK 1,200. If the elections to both chambers of Parliament of the Czech Republic are held on the same day, the remuneration for the performance of a member of the District Electoral Commission is increased by CZK 400. In the event that a member of the commission does not participate, the remuneration shall be reduced accordingly. ';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
