DECLARATION
of 27 September 2019
amending Decree No. 55 / 2011 Coll., on the activities of health professionals and other professionals, as amended, and Decree No. 189 / 2009 Coll., on the testing test, on the certification test for the exercise of the medical profession without professional supervision, on the final test of accredited qualification courses and on the probation test and on the procedure for verifying the knowledge of the Czech language (Ordinance on examinations under the Law on non-medical medical professions), as amended by Decree No. 337 / 2017 Coll.
The Ministry of Health provides, pursuant to § 90 (2) (e) and § 90 (2) (a), (b) and (h) of Act No. 96 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising eligibility for the pursuit of non-medical health professions and for carrying out activities related to the provision of health care and amending certain related laws (Act on non-medical health professions), as amended by Act No. 125 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 189 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 105 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 284 / 2018 Coll.:
Amendment to Decree No. 55 / 2011 Coll., on the activities of health workers and other professionals, as amended
In Decree No. 55 / 2011 Coll., on the Activities of Medical Workers and Other Experts, as amended by Decree No. 2 / 2016 Coll. and Decree No. 391 / 2017 Coll., Sections 22b and 22c, including the headings, are deleted.
Amendment of Decree No. 189 / 2009 Coll., on the attestations test, test for certification of the medical profession without professional supervision, final test of accredited qualification courses and the examination and procedure for verifying the knowledge of the Czech language (Act on Non-Medical Medical Professions), as amended by Decree No. 337 / 2017 Coll.
The Annex to Decree No. 189 / 2009 Coll., on the attestations test, test for certification for the performance of the medical profession without professional supervision, final test for accredited qualification courses and the probation test and procedure for verifying the knowledge of the Czech language (Decree on examinations under the Law on non-medical medical medical professions), as amended by Decree No. 337 / 2017 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In point 1, the words "traditional Chinese medicine specialist," are deleted.
2. In point 2, the words "traditional Chinese medicine therapist," are deleted.
EFFECTIVE
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
