DECLARATION
of 27 September 2007
amending Decree No. 23 / 1994 of the Ministry of Justice Coll., on the Rules of Procedure of the Public Prosecutor's Office, the establishment of branches of certain public prosecutors and details of acts carried out by legal candidates, as amended
According to Article 40 (2) of Act No. 283 / 1993 Coll., on the Prosecutor's Office, as amended by Act No. 14 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 79 / 2006 Coll.:
In Decree No. 23 / 1994 Coll., on the Rules of Procedure of the Public Prosecutor's Office, the establishment of branches of certain public prosecutors and details of the acts carried out by legal candidates, as amended by Decree No. 88 / 2005 Coll., the following Section 7b is inserted after § 7a:
Regional Prosecutor's Office in Brno - branch of Jihlava
(1) His branch in Jihlava is established in the District of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Brno.
(2) The seat of the branch is the town of Jihlava. '
Article 7b is renumbered Article 7c.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
