of 8 July 2003
amending Act No. 579 / 2002 Coll., on the State Budget of the Czech Republic for 2003
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 579 / 2002 Coll., on the State Budget of the Czech Republic for 2003, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1), "CZK 684 062 391 000 'is replaced by" CZK 686 062 391 000', "CZK 795 362 391 000 'is replaced by" CZK 807 962 391 000' and "CZK 111 300 000 000 'is replaced by" CZK 121 900 000'.
2. In Paragraph 1 (1) (a), the amount "106 480 033 000 CZK" is replaced by "117 080 033 000 CZK."
3. In Article 1 (10), "4 730 000 000 CZK 'is replaced by" 6 730 000 000 CZK' and "4 418 580 000 CZK 'is replaced by" 6 418 580 000 CZK'.
4. In Annex No 1, "684 062 391 'is replaced by" 686 062 391', "795 362 391 'is replaced by" 807 962 391', "111 300 000 'is replaced by" 121 900 000' and "106 480 033 'is replaced by" 117 080 033'.
5. In Annex No 2, "12 192 601 'is replaced by" 14 192 601', "23 108 226 'is replaced by" 25 108 226' and "684 062 391 'is replaced by" 686 062 391'.
6. In Annex 3, "23 528 000 'is replaced by" 22 450 000', "168 171 065 'is replaced by" 181 849 065' and "795 362 391 'is replaced by" 807 962 391'.
7. In Chapter 396 of Annex No 4, State debt number "23528 000 'is replaced by" 22 450 000', "87 880 033 'is replaced by" 98 480 033' and "23 165 000 'is replaced by" 22 087 000'.
8. In Annex No 4, in Chapter 398, the General Treasury number "12 192 601 'is replaced by" 14 192 601', "168 171 065 'is replaced by" 181 849 065', "36 980 000 'is replaced by" 38 980 000', "4 418 580 'is replaced by" 6 418 580', "8 939 692 'is replaced by" 10 017 692' and the new specific sub-indicator "Reimbursement of the commitment from the arbitration dispute CME Czech Republic B. V. Czech Republic of 10 600 000 'is added.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
