implementing certain provisions of Act No. 37 / 1995 Coll., on Non-Periodic Publications
The Ministry of Culture provides pursuant to § 3 (1) (d) and § 4 of Act No. 37 / 1995 Coll., on non-periodic publications:
The publisher will offer to purchase a copy of a non-periodical publication of the Library of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, the Parliamentary Library through the Office of the Chamber of Deputies, the State Technical Library, the Library of the National Museum through the National Museum, the Library of the Memorial of Literature through the Memorial of National Literature, the Central Czech Scientific Library in Kladno, the South Czech Scientific Library in České Budějovice, the Study and Scientific Library of the Pilsen Region, the North Czech Scientific Library in Ústí nad Labem, the Regional Scientific Library in Liberec, the Study and Scientific Library in Hradec Králové, the Moravian-Silesian Library in Pardubice, the Regional Library of František Bartoš, the Regional Association, the Regional Library of the Karlovy Vary, the Regional Library of Highlands and the Municipal Library of Prague.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1996.
