DECLARATION

fixing the flat-rate amount of the costs of infringement proceedings
The Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic provides in agreement with the Ministry of Finance, Prices and Wages of the Czech Republic pursuant to § 79 paragraph 1 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 200 / 1990 Coll., on Infringements (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"):
(1) The flat-rate amount of the costs of the infringement proceedings which the citizen is obliged to replace pursuant to Paragraph 79 (1) of the Act is 150 CZK.
(2) Where an expert from a field other than psychiatry has been recruited in infringement proceedings, the lump sum referred to in paragraph 1 shall be increased by 200 Cds; If an expert in the field of psychiatry has been recruited, the lump sum referred to in paragraph 1 shall be increased by 350 CZK.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1990.
