on one-off assistance and the allowances for the provision of benefits to former staff on major land assets and their family members.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
(1) For the provision benefits provided under the Act of 18 March 1921, No 130 Coll., adjusting the provision benefits of former workers on large land property, as amended by the Act of 13 July 1922, No 215 Coll., increased by the surcharge provided for in the Act of 27 March 1936, No 71 Coll., on the allowance for former workers on large land property, and on the provision benefits provided under Section 73 of the Act of 8 April 1920, No 329 Coll., on the take-over and replacement of occupied land property (the Act of 13 July 1922, No 220 Coll., the following monthly allowances are to be taken into account:
(a) the provision benefits of former employees of 500 Kcs;
(b) the widower's or widower's benefits of 800 Kčs;
(c) for the enjoyment of orphans 200 Ccs.
(2) The pensioners to whom the allowances referred to in paragraph 1 are due shall also receive one-off assistance payable on 1 January 1947, namely:

| vdovám nebo vdovcům | 900 Kčs, |
| sirotkům | 600 Kčs. |
(1) The allowance and one-off assistance provided for in Article 1 are no longer payable if the pensioner is already entitled to the allowance provided for in Article 1 of the Law of 13 December 1945, No 156 Coll., on the allowance for pensions from public social insurance.
(2) The entitlement to the allowance and one-off relief is also not granted to pensioners who have ceased to be a Czechoslovak citizen under the constitutional decree of the President of the Republic of 2 August 1945, No 33 Coll., on the modification of the Czechoslovak citizenship of persons of German and Hungarian nationality, with the exception of pensioners who are deemed to be Czechoslovak nationals under Sections 2 and 4 of this Decree.
The allowances and one-off assistance shall be paid to the advance fund for the provision of large-scale workers. The amounts paid shall be cleared and paid in accordance with Section 3, paragraph 2 of Act No. 71 / 1936 Coll. For the provision benefits provided pursuant to § 73 of Act No. 329 / 1920 Coll. as amended by Act No. 220 / 1922 Coll. is to be referred to in respect of the budget and reimbursement, pursuant to § 15 of the Decree of 8 February 1923, No. 29 Coll., on the establishment of a fund for the provision of large estate employees.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be implemented by the Minister for Agriculture in agreement with the Minister for Finance.
