The Ministry of Health, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, announces that on 16 April 2012 it issued a price regulation 3 / 2012 / FAR on price regulation of medical devices. The price regulation is published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin No. 3 / 2012 of 27 April 2012 and became effective on 1 May 2012.
