on the issue of a price decision
Pursuant to Article 10 (2) of the Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., as amended, the Czech Telecommunications Authority shall communicate prices, as amended, that it has issued a price decision No CR / P / 07.2010-1 of 30 July 2010 amending the price decision of the Czech Telecommunications Office No CR / P / 12.2005-1 of 16 December 2005, No 40 587 / 2005-611 setting the maximum prices for selected basic postal services abroad, as amended by the price decision No CR / P / 01.2007-1 of 12 January 2007, No 50 397 / 2006-611, and Decision No CR / P / 12.2007-2 of 3 December 2007, No 78 022 / 2007- 611.
The Czech Telecommunications Authority will publish a price decision in the Postal Bulletin on 1 September 2010. The price decision shall become valid and effective on this date.
