on the imposition of a higher level collective agreement supplement
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with the provision of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following Appendix to the collective agreement of higher degree was imposed on it in June 2009:
Appendix No 1 of 27 May 2009 to a collective agreement of higher degree concluded between the ECHO trade union and the Czech Chemical Industry Union for the years 2009 - 2010.
