communicating the decision of the Ministry of Finance on the cancellation of branches of customs offices in order to exercise their duties
The Ministry of Finance pursuant to Article 10 (2) of Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., the Customs Act, as amended, repeals the Decision of 13 June 2002, published in Communication No. 270 / 2002 Coll., setting up branches of customs offices for the exercise of their duties.
This Decision shall take effect on 1 May 2004.
