repealing Decree of 19 April 1944, No. 99 Coll., on the extension of the administrative district of the Police President in Prague to the Municipality of Modřany.
According to Article 13 (3) of the Act of 6 February 1920, No 114 Coll., which combines neighbouring municipalities and settlements with Prague, it is established:
The provisions of the Order of the Minister of Interior of 19 April 1944, No. 99 Coll., on the extension of the administrative district of the Police President in Prague to the Municipality of Modřany are hereby repealed.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 December 1948.
