DECLARATION
of 19 October 2018
on the Statistical Survey Programme for 2019
The Czech Statistical Office provides pursuant to § 27 (b) of Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the State Statistical Service, as amended by Act No. 411 / 2000 Coll.:
§ 1
Subject matter
This decree implements the relevant European Union1 provisions, and also builds upon the directly applicable European Union2 regulations) and sets out the Statistical Survey Programme for 2019, as set out in Annexes 1 and 2 thereto.
§ 2
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2019.

II. Data on the reporting agent
1. In addition to the data characterised in Part III of Annex 1 to this Decree, for each survey, the statistical survey shall also include the identity data of the reporting agent, namely the trading company and its registered office; if they do not have a business name or name.
2. For the reporting agents referred to in point 1, the statistical survey shall also contain an identification number and, if not allocated, the tax identification number, the predominant activity in the reference period, the name of the natural person who completed the report, the details of its data box, the e-mail address, its telephone and, where applicable, fax number.
3. Where another entity fills in for the reporting agent, the name of the natural person who filled in the report shall also be given, the data on its data box, the e-mail address, its telephone and, where applicable, the fax number.
4. The statistical surveys concerning health, social services, cultural, school or educational establishments shall also include the internal department code names of the internal unit and the business or name and identification number of the founder or founder.
III. Individual statistical surveys carried out by the Czech Statistical Office
1. NAME OF STATISTICAL INSURANCE:
Quarterly statement for operators of selected production sectors
STATISTICAL FORM MARK:

(a) Purpose of the survey and its content
Purpose of statistical surveys:
Obtaining unconsolidated data on financial indicators of economic operators according to Czech Accounting Standards. The data will be used to fulfil the obligations arising from Articles 1 and 3 of Regulation (EC) No 1165 / 98 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 May 1998 on short-term statistics, as amended, on the European System of National and Regional Accounts in the European Union, as amended, Article 4 (2) of Council Regulation (EC) No 1165 / 98 of 19 May 1998 on short-term statistics, as amended, to calculate quarterly basic macroeconomic indicators for the Czech Republic for the compilation of quarterly national accounts, for the assessment of economic developments in selected sectors of non-financial corporations and natural persons in financial management and employment during the year and for other analytical purposes, for the needs of the Czech National Bank, the government, regional, economic, economic and social institutions, for the needs of the European Union, international organisations and the public. The acquisition of data on the number of kilometres travelled by freight and passenger vehicles will be used to determine the average running-through of vehicles and to estimate the traffic performance thereafter. The results will then be used for the needs of the Ministry of Transport and sent to Eurostat.

Characteristics of the intelligence unit. Labour indicators - staff and wages, temporary staff allocated by the agencies. Financial indicators of flow in statistical breakdowns - income, costs and added value. Increases and decreases in long-term intangible assets and tangible assets and sales revenue. Number of passenger and freight cars and number of kilometres travelled by such vehicles.
(b) Reporting frequency
Economic operators - legal and natural persons, both incorporated and not incorporated in the Commercial Register, having the predominant activity under:
CZ-NACE 01, 02, 03 (agriculture, forestry, fishing),
CZ-NACE 05 to 39 (industry, energy, water supply),
CZ-NACE 41 to 43 (construction),
CZ-NACE 45 to 47, 55, 56 (trade, hospitality, accommodation),
CZ-NACE 49 to 53, 58 to 63 (transport and storage, information and communication activities),
CZ-NACE 68 to 96 (other services, research and development, public administration, health, education).
Reporting agents will receive information about their reporting requirements in a notification sent by the Czech Statistical Office.
(c) Method of survey

Method used: combination of exhaustive and selective surveys
(d) Periodicity and time limits for providing data

Quarterly statement of financial indicators

(a) Purpose of the survey and its content
Purpose of statistical surveys:
Obtaining unconsolidated data on financial indicators of economic operators according to Czech Accounting Standards. The data will be used to fulfil the obligations arising from Articles 1 and 3 of Regulation (EU) No 549 / 2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on the European system of national and regional accounts in the European Union, as amended, to calculate the quarterly basic macroeconomic indicators for the Czech Republic for the compilation of quarterly national accounts, for the assessment of economic developments in selected sectors of non-financial corporations in the field of financial management and for other analytical purposes, for the needs of the Czech National Bank, government, regional, economic and social institutions, for the purposes of the European Union, international organisations and for information to the public.
Characteristics of indicators collected:
Financial indicators in statistical breakdowns - long-term intangible and tangible assets, stocks by component, financial assets by component including advances and accruals, claims, liabilities broken down into equity, reserves, bonds and notes, bank loans, loans and repayable financial assistance. Job indicators - staff, wages and hours worked, temporary staff allocated by the agencies. Financial indicators of flow in statistical breakdowns - revenue, costs, added value, subsidies on fixed assets and fixed intangible assets, and farm results. Increases and decreases in fixed assets and tangible assets by type of assets and sales revenue. Number of passenger and freight cars and number of kilometres travelled by such vehicles.
(b) Reporting frequency
Economic operators - legal and natural persons, both incorporated and not incorporated in the Commercial Register, having the predominant activity under:
CZ-NACE 01, 02, 03 (agriculture, forestry, fishing),
CZ-NACE 05 to 39 (industry, energy, water supply),
CZ-NACE 41 to 43 (construction),
CZ-NACE 45 to 47, 55, 56 (trade, hospitality, accommodation),
CZ-NACE 49 to 53, 58 to 63 (transport and storage, information and communication activities),
CZ-NACE 68 to 96 (other services, research and development, public administration, health, education).
The reporting obligation is linked to the CZ- NACE and the amount of the economic entity's assets.
Reporting agents will receive information about their reporting requirements in a notification sent by the Czech Statistical Office.
(c) Method of survey

Annual report of economic operators of selected production sectors

(a) Purpose of the survey and its content
Purpose of statistical surveys:
Getting unconsolidated data on financial indicators according to Czech Accounting Standards. The data will be used to fulfil the obligations arising from Article 5 (2) of Regulation (EC) No 295 / 2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2008 concerning structural business statistics, as amended, Article 1 and Article 3 of Regulation (EU) No 549 / 2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on the European system of national and regional accounts in the European Union, as amended, Article 4 (1), (2) of Regulation (EC) No 716 / 2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2007 on Community statistics on the structure and activity of external affiliations, as amended and Article 7 of Council Regulation (EC) No 530 / 1999 of 9 March 1999 on structural statistics on earnings and labour, as amended, as amended, on the total macroeconomic statistics on the annual national accounts, and on the annual accounts.
Characteristics of indicators collected:
Economic entity characteristics and additional information. Staff numbers and wages. Identification of the entity with foreign equity. Financial indicators in statistical breakdown - income and cost, net aggregates, stocks without net advances, selected territorial indicators, additional financial indicators, research, development and licensing contracts. Net financial assets, liabilities, structure of selected financial assets by institutional sector. Selected indicators on the acquisition of fixed assets structured by territory. Basic indicators of permanent establishments abroad. Acquisition of long-term intangible and tangible assets, additional indicators to long-term intangible and tangible assets. Specifications of acquired and disposed of long-term tangible assets without land and mineral deposits according to the Production Classification (CZ- CPA) and Classification of Construction Works (CZ- CC). Specifications of selected sales items for construction, market services. Emission permits. Free acquisition and takeover and free transfer of DHM for CZK 10 million and more with selected bodies under public control. Indicators characterising sectoral specificities, all structured according to the CZ-CPA: sales from the sale of goods and services, stocks of goods and stocks of unfinished production, semi-finished products and young animals, sales for the sale of goods, costs incurred for the sale of goods and stocks of goods.
(b) Reporting frequency
Economic operators - legal entities incorporated in a commercial register having the predominant activity

CZ-NACE 05 to 39 (industry, energy, water supply),
CZ-NACE 41 to 43 (construction),
CZ-NACE 45 to 47, 55, 56 (trade, hospitality, accommodation),
CZ-NACE 49 to 53, 58 to 63 (transport and storage, information and communication activities),
CZ-NACE 64 to 66 (money industry, insurance - only economic operators accounting as entrepreneurs),
CZ-NACE 68 to 96 (other services, research and development, public administration, health, education).
Reporting agents will receive information about their reporting requirements in a notification sent by the Czech Statistical Office.
(c) Method of survey
Form of statistical surveys: paper form, electronic form
Method used: combination of exhaustive and selective surveys
(d) Periodicity and time limits for providing data
Periodicity of statistical surveys: annual
Reporting period: 15 April 2020
In the case of statutory audit, a replacement deadline for the submission of the statement will be agreed with the relevant statistical processing department of the Czech Statistical Office.

Annual report on selected indicators of economic operators in production sectors

(a) Purpose of the survey and its content
Purpose of statistical surveys:
Obtaining unconsolidated data on enterprises and entrepreneurs. The data will be used to fulfil the obligation arising from Article 5 (2) of Regulation (EC) No 295 / 2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2008 concerning structural business statistics, as amended, Article 1 and Article 3 of Regulation (EU) No 549 / 2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on the European system of national and regional accounts in the European Union, as amended, to calculate the complete set of macroeconomic indicators within the annual national accounts and to evaluate year-round economic developments in selected sectors, including structural changes of both sectoral and material character.
Characteristics of indicators collected:
Characteristics of economic operator, number of employees, selected basic financial indicators and additional information.
(b) Reporting frequency
Economic operators - legal and natural persons incorporated in the Commercial Register and selected natural persons not incorporated in the Commercial Register having the predominant activity under

Purpose of statistical surveys:
Data collection on livestock slaughter. The data will be used to fulfil the obligations arising from Articles 1, 9 and 10 of Regulation (EC) No 1165 / 2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 November 2008 on statistics on livestock and meat production and repealing Council Directives 93 / 23 / EEC, 93 / 24 / EEC and 93 / 25 / EEC, as amended; Article 3 (1) of Regulation (EC) No 138 / 2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 December 2003 on the general agricultural account in the Community, as amended, for the analysis of this area in the internal economy, for the needs of the European Union and international organisations, in particular the Food and Agriculture Organisation, and for informing the public.
Characteristics of indicators collected:
Number and weight of slaughtered animals in live weight or carcase weight broken down by species and categories of livestock.
(b) Reporting frequency
Economic operators dealing with livestock slaughter.
Reporting agents will receive information about their reporting requirements in a notification sent by the Czech Statistical Office.
(c) Method of survey
Form of statistical surveys: paper form, electronic form

(a) Purpose of the survey and its content
Purpose of statistical surveys:
Obtaining data on resources, sales directions and stock levels of selected plant products. The data will be used to fulfil the obligation arising from Article 3 (1) of Regulation (EC) No 138 / 2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 December 2003 on the general agricultural account in the Community, as amended, to secure the food, feed and raw material balance, for the needs of the European Union and international organisations, in particular the Food and Agriculture Organisation, and to inform the public.
Characteristics of indicators collected:
Mass indicators of selected plant products broken down by source and use.
(b) Reporting frequency
Economic operators with plant production.
Reporting agents will receive information about their reporting requirements in a notification sent by the Czech Statistical Office.
(c) Method of survey
Form of statistical surveys: paper form, electronic form

(d) Periodicity and time limits for providing data

Annual report on poultry farming

(a) Purpose of the survey and its content
Purpose of statistical surveys:
Data on the development of poultry farming. The data will be used to fulfil the obligation under Article 3 (1) of Regulation (EC) No 138 / 2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 December 2003 on the general agricultural account in the Community, as amended, for the analysis of this area in the internal economy, for the needs of the European Union and international organisations, in particular the Food and Agriculture Organisation, and for informing the public.
Characteristics of indicators collected:
Poultry and laying stock, laying feed days, annual laying of table eggs, production of slaughter poultry.
(b) Reporting frequency
Economic operators involved in poultry farming.
Reporting agents will receive information about their reporting requirements in a notification sent by the Czech Statistical Office.

(d) Periodicity and time limits for providing data
