The Ministry of Health, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, indicates that on 16 April 2012 it issued a price decision 2 / 12- FAR establishing a list of medical devices with deregulated producer prices. The price decision is published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin No. 3 / 2012 of 27 April 2012 and came into effect on 1 May 2012.
