On 29 June 2010, the Constitutional Court, in plenary composed of Stanislav Balík, František Duchoň, Vojen Güttler, Ivana Janů, Vladimir Kórka, Dagmar Lastovecká, Jiří Mucha, Jan Musil, Jiří Nykodým, Pavel Rychetský, Miloslav Excellent and Michaela Židlická, decided on the proposal of the Ministry of the Interior to abolish certain provisions of the generally binding Order of the City of Hrastav no. 1 / 2009 on the local charge for the operation of the system of collection, collection, transport, recovery, recovery, recovery and disposal of municipal waste involving the City of Kristástav as a party to proceedings and the Ombudsman as a party to proceedings
