On 2 June 2009, the Constitutional Court decided in plenary, composed of the President of the Court of Paul Rychett and Judges Stanislav Balík, František Duchona, Vlasta Formankova, Military Güttler, Ivana Jana, Vladimir Krorka, Dagmar Lastovecký, Jiří Mucha, Jan Musil, Jiří Nykodemí, Miloslav Excellent, Eliška Wagner (Judge of the Rapporteur) and Michaela Židlická on the proposal of the Minister of Interior Mgr. František Buman on the abolition of Article 2 (1), paragraph 2 (a) to (f), Article 2a and 3 of the General Order of the City of Susice No 4 / 1998 on the appearance, purity and protection of the environment, as a party to the proceedings, as a party to the proceedings
as follows:
I. Article 2 (1), (2) (a), (b), (c) and (d) and Article 3 of the General Order of the City of Susice No 4 / 1998 on the appearance, purity, order and protection of the environment, as amended, shall be deleted from the date of publication of this Decision in the Collection of Laws.
II. The remainder is rejected.
