DECLARATION

of 28 July 2003

laying down the model application for inclusion in the register of milk customers, the models for fulfilling the notification obligation of milk producers, the method for converting raw cow milk and milk products into milk equivalent

The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 11e paragraphs 12 and 13 paragraphs 1 and 4 of Act No. 256 / 2000 Coll., on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund and amending certain other laws (Act on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund), as amended by Act No. 128 / 2003 Coll.:

§ 1

Model of application for inclusion in the register of milk customers

A natural or legal person shall submit to the State Agricultural Intervention Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) an application for inclusion in the register of milk purchasers in accordance with the model set out in Annex 1 to this Order.

§ 2

Forms of notification of the holder of the supply quota to the Fund

The details of the notification to the holder of the supply quota of the milk of the Fund are set out in Annexes 2 to 6 thereto.

§ 3

Method of converting raw cow's milk into milk with a fat content of 3,6% and milk products into milk equivalent

(1) The method of converting raw cow's milk into milk with a fat content of 3,6% is set out in Annex 7 to this Decree.

(2) The conversion of dairy products into milk equivalent is given in Annex 8 to this Decree.

§ 4

Efficiency and validity

(1) This Decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

(2) This decree will expire on the date of entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union.
