Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that on 27 August 1997, Appendix 2 to the Programme Agreement between the Government of the Czech Republic, represented by the Ministry of Finance, and the Municipal Finance Company, a. s., on the one hand, and the Government of the United States of America, represented by the Agency for International Development, on the other hand, to finance the municipal infrastructure 1)
Appendix 2 entered into force on 27 August 1997.
The text of the Supplement can be consulted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Finance.
1) The Programme Agreement between the Government of the Czech Republic, which is represented by the Ministry of Finance, and the Municipal Financial Company, a.s., on the one hand, and the Government of the United States of America, which is represented by the Agency for International Development, on the other hand, to finance the municipal infrastructure of 16 May 1994 was published under No 129 / 1994 Coll.
