on the declaration of the territory of the historical cores of selected cities and parts thereof for conservation zones
The Ministry of Culture provides pursuant to Section 6 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Heritage Care, as amended:
The territory of the historical kernels of the cities Benesov nad Černá (district Český Krumlov), Brandýs nad Orlicí (district of Orlicí), Brumov (district of Zlín), Česká Třebová (district of Ústí nad Orlicí), Doubravík (district of Zdár nad Sazavou), Fryšták (district of Zlín), Hodkovice nad Mohelka (district of Vošalec), Hořice na Šumava (district of Český Krumlov), Chabarovice (district of Labem), Kyjov (district of Hodonín), Mnísek pod Brdy (district of Prague-West), Napakera (district of Zlín)
The boundaries of the area of the zones are defined in the annex to this decree and are graphically marked in the maps which are deposited with the Ministry of Culture, the State Institute of Memorial Care in Prague, the Memorial Institute of Central Bohemia, the Memorial Institute in Brno, the Memorial Institute in České Budějovice, the Memorial Institute in Pardubice, the Memorial Institute in Pilsen, the Memorial Institute in Ústí nad Labem and the district offices and municipalities in whose territory the zones are located.
The competent zoning authority shall ensure that the territory of the conservation zone is indicated in the relevant zoning documentation and in the zoning documentation for its acquisition and, where appropriate, in the procurement of their amendments and additions.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

At its southern border, the quarry is westbound to the first of May, no. 2074 / 1 and 806 / 1, where the southern direction continues on their border, and along Lány street no. 6481 / 1, it continues to the intersection with the 1st of May, no. 2153 / 76, on which it passes on 2nd of May, p. 6406 / 1.
