on the method of reimbursement of the costs of the compensatory allowance to the payers
The Federal Ministry of Finance, pursuant to § 10 (3) of the legal measure of the Bureau of the Federal Assembly No. 206 / 1990 Coll., on the State Compensation Contribution, provides:
Reimbursement of costs for accommodation (1)
(1) Plats2) use the resources of the Federation State Budget to pay the contribution to beneficiaries.
(2) The funds for the payment of contributions are drawn once a month by the payee each month before their payment deadline (3), a single aggregate amount for all beneficiaries from the special accounts of the Federal Ministry of Finance opened at the branches of the Commercial Bank and the General Credit Bank in the regional cities by means of a recovery order submitted through their money institution. On the debit order, the payer shall indicate the relevant account number from the overview set out in the Annex to this Order corresponding to his local regional jurisdiction and the constant symbol 6418 and in the variable symbol the number of beneficiaries to which the contribution is drawn. The recovery order shall be submitted by the payer to his financial institution at least 2 days before the specified payment deadline.
(3) Funds for the payment of the contribution shall be drawn by the payers, with the exception referred to in paragraph 4, in favour of their current account.
(4) The central authorities, the national committees of all stages and other budgetary organisations are using the means to pay a contribution to their external funds account.
Method of accounting
When charging entitlements to or income from the contribution from the State budget to a current account or to an account of foreign funds and on its payment, the payers of the synthetic accounts of classes 2 and 8 shall use the accounts 201, 209, 210, 249,4) 255,5) 256, 259,4) 856,6) 8587) or 8998) listed in the books for the type of organisation concerned.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1990.

3) Advances on the salary for the month in question in which the entitlement to payment of the allowance was incurred or the payment of the salary for the preceding month.
4) Only pension authorities in the case of vouchers for contributions to pensioners through connection organisations.
5) Only national committees where they make payments to beneficiaries on request.
6) If the payer is an organisation accounting for social and other organisations according to the chart of accounts.
7) If he is a payer of an organisation accounting for economic organisations and for monetary and insurance institutions.
8) If he is a payer of an organisation accounting for budget organisations according to the schedule of accounts.
